Founded in 1993 by commercial fisherman and keen outdoorsman Barry Barr (that’s him in that old photo above) KAVU make hard-wearing yet distinctly light-hearted clothing built for the everyday adventure.

Their latest collection is no exception—and alongside their classic designs like their signature Strapcaps or their ultra-tough Throwshirts (both still made in the USA), they’ve also got BBQ-ready tie-dye shirts, tees aplenty and perhaps the ultimate river shorts. This is prime campsite garb.
