1% for the Planet

Where our 1% is going this year

Nativve are proud to be a 1% for the Planet member. Founded by Yvon Chouinard and Craig Matthews in 2002, 1% for the Planet is a revolutionary organisation made up of members who each give 1% of their revenue towards supporting environmental nonprofits. This year we’re splitting our donation between both Protect Our Winters and the Woodland Trust.

Protect Our Winters is a nonprofit which was started in 2007 by professional snowboarder Jeremy Jones, and as their name suggests, are dedicated to protecting our winters, uniting the outdoor sports community against climate change.

Founded in 1972, the Woodland Trust is the UK’s largest woodland conservation charity, and is dedicated to preserving ancient woodland and giving the public free access to woodland.
